आईडी कार्ड के लिए 2 विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं:
1. अपने vendor से आईडी कार्ड बनवाये और हमारी attendance तकनीक का उपयोग करें
2. हमसे आईडी कार्ड बनवाये जिसके साथ हम attendance तकनीक उपलब्ध करवाते हैं

1. अपने vendor से आईडी कार्ड बनवाये और हमारी attendance तकनीक का उपयोग करें:

• (a) पहले हमें अपने स्कूल की डिटेल्स और छात्र/स्टाफ डेटा को एक्सेल फॉर्मेट में छात्र/स्टाफ फोटो के साथ उपलब्ध कराये ।
• (b) हम आपको आईडी कार्ड डिजाइन देंगे ।
• (c) डिज़ाइन का चयन करने के बाद हम आपको आईडी कार्ड प्रिंटिंग पीडीएफ की फ़ाइल प्रदान करेंगे।
• (d) आईडी कार्ड तैयार करने के लिए अपने vendor को वह फ़ाइल दें।
• (e) हम आपको Attendance Android ऐप देंगे , जिसे आप एक से अधिक मोबाइलों में इंस्टॉल करके attendance ले सकते हैं ।
• (f) अब आप ऐप के साथ आईडी कार्ड के QR कोड को स्कैन करके अपने छात्र और कर्मचारियों की attendance ले सकते हैं ।
• (g) यह त्वरित प्रणाली है, आप 1-मिनट में लगभग 40-50 छात्रों की attendance ले सकते हैं।
• (h) Attendance के बाद, आप attendance रिपोर्ट की जांच कर सकते हैं और अनुपस्थित छात्रों के माता -पिता को SMS/Whatsapp भेज सकते हैं।
• (नोट: SMS के लिए आपको DLT पंजीकरण की आवश्यकता होगी। SMS और Whatsapp API के चार्जेज आपकी आवश्यकता के अनुसार अलग से देय होंगे।)

1. Prepare the ID card From your vendor and use our Attendance Technology:

• (a) First provide us your school details and student/staff data in excel format with photo.
• (b) We will provide you the ID Card designs.
• (c) After select the design we will provide you the ID Card printing PDF's File.
• (d) Give that file to your vendor to prepare the ID cards.
• (e) We will provide you the Attendance Android App. Install the app in multiple mobiles.
• (f) Now you can mark the attendance of your student and staff to scan the ID card QR code with the App
• (g) It is quick system, you can mark around 40-50 students attendance in 1-minute.
• (h) After the Attendance, you can check the Attendance Report and send the SMS/Whatsapp to parents of absent students.
• (Note: For SMS you have to required a DLT registration. SMS and WhatsApp API extra charges will be applicable as per your requirement.)

2. Prepare the ID card from us with Attendance Technology:

• (a) First provide us your school details and student/staff data in excel fromat with photo.
• (b) We will provide you the ID Card designs.
• (c) After select the design we will prepare the id cards.
• (d) Send the ID cards parcel via Speed Post to you.
• (e) We will provide you the Attendance Android App. Install the app in multiple mobiles.
• (f) Now you can mark the attendance of your student and staff to scan the ID card QR code with the App
• (g) It is quick system, you can mark around 40-50 students attendance in 1-minute.
• (h) After the Attendance, you can check the Attendance Report and send the SMS/Whatsapp to parents of absent students.
